Butterfly artwork at Peck Farm Park through June 30; Butterfly House opens May 20

The Geneva Park District will feature local Geneva artist, Chris Pappas, now through June 30.

The Geneva Park District will feature local Geneva artist, Chris Pappas, now through June 30.  Pappas will showcase several of his butterfly pieces of artwork in the Peck Farm Park Orientation Barn, 4038 Kaneville Road, Geneva.

Pappas, also known as “The Apple Tree Guy,” is a Chicago native who currently works from his home studio in Geneva.  He has over 30 years of freelance experience, and has been interested in art since kindergarten.

The Peck Farm Park Butterfly House will be open to the public beginning Saturday, May 20 at 12:00 pm.  The Butterfly House remains open through September 23.  Hours are Monday–Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from Noon – 5:00 pm. For more information, please call (630) 262-8244.
